We design engagement approaches that are creative and inclusive to uncover information and unleash new ideas to support decisions that will stand the test of time.

Facilitation is both an art and a science that we have mastered (and keep learning!) to make sure that we honour all participants and build outcomes that are supportable and actionable.

Projects usually involve complex ideas or processes. We've honed our skills as "translators" by connecting people with the information they need for meaningful involvement.

Environmental Planning

We team up with technical experts to provide complete services in water, wastewater, stormwater, waste management, transit and transportation, energy, financing and community development.

Strategic Planning

We assist organizations and their stakeholders to develop inspiring visions and plans to achieve them. Building strong and lasting relationships are at the heart of all of this work.

Training

Tracey is an licensed trainer for IAP2's Global Learning Pathway core courses and Understanding Conflict in P2/engagement. Custom in-house and public courses available. Join one course or stay for the whole Certificate in Toronto in June 2024! This exciting opportunity will be delivered with powerhouse trainer and practitioner Amelia Shaw.
